Philip Kranenburg

Philip J. Kranenburg is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at EarthGrid PBC.  He has 25 years of experience advising and providing executive leadership for venture-backed technology and financial services companies. He has served as a COM Board of Trustees President, and his past COM activities include serving on several College committees such as the CEO Evaluation/Compensation, Board Evaluation, Fund Development, Board Policy, Sustainability, and Indian Valley Campus.

His past community activities involved California School Boards Association’s Masters in Governance, the Marin County Economic Forum (past Vice Chairman), the Central Marin Community Advisory Committee (past Vice Chair), the Marin County Office of Education School District Organization (past Chairman), the Miller Creek School District (former Board member), and the Miller Creek Foundation (member), Marin County Schools Task Force (member), the Environmental Forum of Marin (graduate), and the California Secretary of Education’s Schools of the Future Committee (former member).

He is a graduate of Stanford University.  First elected to the College of Marin Board of Trustees in 2003, his current term expires in 2024.
