Chief Adams started his career in law enforcement in 2004 at Eldridge Police Department, then worked for the City College Police Department, then joined the College of Marin Police Department where he worked up the ranks from Officer to Corporal to Lieutenant and finally Acting Chief. He then transferred to the Ross Police Department as a Sergeant, where he is currently still working in that capacity. He will be assisting in the role of Interim Chief until the position can be filled permanently.
