Jesse Klein moved to the United States in 2003 and began her academic journey by completing the ESL program at College of Marin. She has worked at COM since 2004, initially as an Administrative Assistant for Credit and Non-Credit ESL, and later as a Program Specialist for Community Education, Lifelong Learning, and International Education. In 2016, Jesse joined Sonoma State University as Assistant to the Dean of the School of Education. She was happy to return to COM in 2018 as Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Finance and Operations, and later as a key member of the Office of the Superintendent/President.
Jesse discovered her passion for higher education at College of Marin, where she earned an A.A. in Business Administration. She went on to earn a B.A. in Liberal Studies (Cum Laude) at Sonoma State University. Outside of work, Jesse enjoys mentoring young people, watching movies, and traveling with her husband and children.
